Please do not use any printed forms from any previous year when applying to work or attend 2013 Camps. Information that is needed has changed, and the 2013 forms for print/mail can be accessed here.

Workers applying to work at Crusader Camp should have received their approval notice via email by Thursday morning, June 6, at approximately 8:30 a.m. There are a few with paperwork issues we are working through, and applications are being processed as quickly as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated! All paperwork must be in place for any worker to be approved, therefore; please make sure you have completed the following: 1) Application (online or mail-in); 2) Child Abuse Prevention Training Test with passing score (online or mail-in); and 3) if you filled out an online application, you must also submit a Background Check/Medical Consent/Pastor's Signature Form. At this late date, please submit all forms via online and/or email.
