RV Forms for Print/Mail 
Due to Family Campmeeting being between Crusader Camp and Junior High Camp, if you want to leave your RV on Campus during Campmeeting you must submit a District Application along with a separate fee payable to the District.  For further information, visit www.texasdistrictupci.net

RV Permit Form 
***Add $50 for Crusader Camp RV Permit Fee and Make Checks Payable To:  Texas District Sunday School
***There is no charge for Junior High and/or Senior High Youth Camps
***There is only ONE form for all three camps.  You do not need to submit separate forms for multiple camps.
